Tagaytay real estate

When it comes to "real estate" issues in the countries of the Philippines, Tagaytay is the only place that constantly sounds the spirit of many real estate investors. What is surprising is that these investors are not only local but also international. This is in itself says a lot about Tagaytay is a town with a lot of potential as a destination for real estate investments. Those who want to invest in Tagaytay are mostly in tourism & hospitality as well as business development.

The city of Tagaytay is located in the province of Cavite, which is located approximately 50 kilometres south of the Philippine capital of Manila. The city of the end has been admired as a tourist destination. It is because of its cool climate and wonderful views on-site volcanic Taal, great picnic of admirable camping areas. All this coupled with its proximity to Manila, the capital has made the magnates of the rich flocking there seeking land estate where they can build tourism oriented investments such as hotels. Some other attractions in Tagaytay include picnic Grove, Tagaytay, Tagaytay Sky Park and Residence inn.

The topography of Tagaytay is composed of an array of hills covered with forests and grass in the southern parts of & Oriental. In the northern and central parts, the city is fairly level with some gentle slopes. All this makes for a good site go camping or picnic with family. You can also go for an adventurous mountain biking in mountainous regions.

Commercial real estate investments in Tagaytay are strongly coming mostly in the central part of the city. It was then that many tourists come from surrounding towns to escape air pollution which is obviously not known in Tagaytay.

The SM group a renowned real estate investor greatly refurbished and renovated a lodge called vista Taal in Tagaytay and it's a great hotel. The Summit Ridge hotel is yet another wonderful station who love tourists who come in this area. This is because its hosting facilities are not only modernised but are also top-notch. In addition to the hotels wonderful, small investors have also ripped a part of Tagaytay real estate and built some nice restaurants and small restaurants which are always full of tourists on weekends. With more tourists loving Tagaytay, more space for investment certainly will be available.

The Philippine tourism does everything as its possible to create a good investment for investors the and international who want a piece of Tagaytay real estate. It is because there is growing awareness that in Tagaytay, the Philippine Government has struck gold and the city will be a great source of national wealth. Most tourists who come to the city of intentions always express of developed countries of wanting to live in this city and this is not surprising that even the sector of housing in the city is extremely well.

Trade the Retracement of AMZN Amazon for early December

Pulling strongly trend stock Amazon.com (AMZN) is currently backwards in retracement mode after six consecutive days of rise in earnings.Let's take a look at the current decline, noting key target levels and plan for contingencies if the strong trend resumes before downside trading targets are achieved.In the context of trend pro stocks, especially those of "strong and getting stronger," we usually expect to (buy) positions on the setbacks of the rising trendlines, moving averages, or even Fibonacci Retracements (for traders).At the present time, Amazon.com shares are pulling back or tracing down from the recently reached $400.00 by high action and they did so on a gap in place and the reversal of the trend level intraday target "round number".A simple look at the daily chart shows us that logic first support downside target would be the confluence of the November swing high (note red reversal candles) in the day 20 rising EMA overlap $370.00 per share.Failure (breakdown) as $370 per share suggests a deeper decline may continue to $350 (let's not beat ourselves again).We can abandon the prospect to graph intraday for more details in the planning of the strategy:We expect the intraday chart or bottom of the frame to see additional details - and the potential of "overlap" of levels of indicators/targets - that we cannot see on the daily chart.The central point of the daily chart is the $370 per share target level, we see a more potential target of support which is near $375 or the 38.2% Fibonacci Retracement.Although not guaranteed, it would be logical to see a decline in the mouth (overlap) the Fibonacci Retracement "in halfway" or 50% at $370, which develops in the top of the mid-November and the day 20 EMA.Amazon.com (AMZN) shares would normally trade logically in the area of $5.00 between $370 and $375.A failure for this logical outcome happen-intentioned buyers advance in these objectives to continue the upward trend - suggests an upcoming extra resistance (targeting a breakout above $400).A deeper decline and collapse under $370 would send away from trading (supply and demand) message, advocating a potential disadvantage play to $350.Continue the updating of your cards and monitoring price action to these levels.Follow as well as members of the commentary daily and idealized trades summarized for updates in real-time and commercial additional planning parameters that we look at a 'hold and bounce' or 'break and retrace' scenario unfold in the near future.Corey Rosenbloom, CMTAfraid to Trade.comFollow Corey on Twitter: http://twitter.com/afraidtotradeNew book by Corey The Complete Trading Course (Wiley Finance) is now available with the new version taking advantage of the life cycle of a trend Stock (also at Wiley) presentation.

Hersheys HSY is a stealth Strong Stock get more

I continue to focus on the theme of "Strong Stocks Getting Stronger", in particular for the position and swing trading candidates, and Hershey (HSY) adds another layer to the saga.Hershey is a stealth strong action that does not generate as many titles as other names stocks flying high, even if we all (I assume) heard of The Hershey Company or enjoyed their delicious products.Yet behind the scenes, the stock has quietly doubled $ 50.00 early 2011 his recent rise above $100.00 per share:Pro trend or strongly oriented stocks tend to grow over time, and it is often preferable to use the retracement of Pro-trend or even outright price breakout strategies for the uptrending stocks swing trades.Compare the volume during the trend - note if volume increases with the rise in prices, as was the case during 2011 and early 2012.  This advice also opportunities to foster the future increase in future prices over time.Unfortunately, very strongly oriented periods do not allow own entries - or at least low risk retracement/reverse trades - which can be seen during the oscillation of straight-up impulse at the beginning of 2013.The current interaction at the $100.00 per level share will be the focal point and buyers/bulls would logically fit well deserved to win this 'rounds of the issue reference level'.Sellers uncovered would not have possibilities to combat the rising trend, unless the price breaks under $90.00 per level of sharing which would trigger an event of ventilation under the day 200 rising SMA and EMA week confluence 50.Speaking of the weekly list, we'll see how the actions of Hershey reverse their trend downward and valiantly oriented to the current stage of a $100.Period 2009 - in reality 2007-2010 - highlights one of my models preferred for a stock: the structure of curve trend "Rounded reversal" or scallops/arc.Note the weekly escape at the beginning of 2010, which continued with the escape from early 2011 above $50.00 per share.  Also note the bullish breakout above the $60.00 per level in early 2012.  And finally, to note the strong escape in early 2013.On this basis, we can develop a theme that Hershey shares have tended to strongly trade early in the new year.  Presumably, Valentine and the amount of chocolate bought during this period can be one of the main drivers of this seasonal pattern (Council: Watch 2014 for a possible repeat).However, Hershey (HSY) reminds us that joint, known and some may even say "boring" stock names can be sneaky winners of a portfolio or even swing trading watchlist.Follow as well as members of the commentary daily and idealized trades summarized for updates in real-time and commercial additional planning parameters that we look at a 'hold and bounce' or 'break and retrace' scenario unfold in the near future.Corey Rosenbloom, CMTAfraid to Trade.comFollow Corey on Twitter: http://twitter.com/afraidtotradeNew book by Corey The Complete Trading Course (Wiley Finance) is now available with the new version taking advantage of the life cycle of a trend Stock (also at Wiley) presentation.

Consider longer term moving averages market width

Early December and finally gradually end 2013, let's look at a longer term breadth and what it offers on the strong rally in motion.Let's start with a picture longer term from the beginning of the 2009 Bull market for the present time:We see the Dow Jones Industrial Average (top) and a special indicator width which is the day 40 Simple moving average (SMA) NYSE width "smooth" (Advancing issues less issues declining).Technically, I'm average the intraday top, bottom and calculate near the line that gives a better representation of daily activity than the simple end of day close to width.Unsurprisingly, the width (average) was greater at the beginning or "Kick-off" of the 2009 Bull market rally and has since declined (formed by the peaks of averages below) that the rally has risen over the past four years.The two highest points in the composite average were the Summit of April 2010, then the peak of March 2012.The three lowest points in the composite average took place in mid-2012, September 2011 and may 2012.Relation to the 2013, we can see that the average width decreased with each successive new pic:I zoomed - in the graph (same settings) to highlight the 2012 for the current period that shows the phases of rally and retracement.Note the small differences in the average of the width in conjunction with points of rotation/tilt in the short term in the index.Width warns of prudence and a reduced participation compared to previous peaks (in lower prices in the index).It is a warning sign, but not necessarily a sign of 'sell stocks', at least not in a market powered by current stimuli in a historical seasonality bullish of end of the year (stocks tend to rise in the end of the year).Keep watching the width itself as well as indicators such as this which averaged an internal indicator of the market over time.Follow as well as members of the commentary daily and idealized trades summarized for updates in real-time and commercial additional planning parameters that we look at a 'hold and bounce' or 'break and retrace' scenario unfold in the near future.Corey Rosenbloom, CMTAfraid to Trade.comFollow Corey on Twitter: http://twitter.com/afraidtotradeNew book by Corey The Complete Trading Course (Wiley Finance) is now available with the new version taking advantage of the life cycle of a trend Stock (also at Wiley) presentation.

Apple AAPL déclenche Bull drapeau avec mise à jour de Fibonacci

December Power Recovery in the broad support in crude oil

Crude is faced with a challenge of reversal of support ' make or break ' buyers and major intervened clearly at this level of the hinge inflection.Let's take a look at what past and to update current levels of targeting for crude oil:The level of support criticism/inflection (frequently mentioned members of weekly strategy Intermarché) intersected the level of $92.00/$92.50.The support extends to 2013 earlier where several reversals of swing took place in this same point of support.After that initial impetus until mid-November, prices still retested the level $92.00 a last time before buyers decided to intervene aggressively, defend the support and welling of the powerful rally of some recent sessions.Here is the same perspective on a chart in TradeStation:We note again the $92.00/$92.50 by level of critical support share, which corresponded with the lower Bollinger band.Also note the difference of a long positive momentum that developed from October to present.  One of my models favorite swing trading (and even intraday) is a long positive divergence which develops into a known level of inflection (critical).At the present time, the price has already reached his target head - about three quick sessions.  We tend to level target of inflection of prices and crude oil jumped in the broad support towards the next target of the resistance in the day falling 50 EMA and upper Bollinger in the $97.00 per barrel level.Also note the "Trading ranges" (blue highlight) is drawn.  For the purposes of planning, the next step for crude oil will already be an inflection down against the current target (at least today) inside the prior trading from the limits of the range or even a continuation of the powerful up-swing that generates a new opportunity to escape.For the objectives and the structure clearer, let us turn to a color chart of the key target levels:Similar to a graphic standard of "Market profile", the swatches above uses TriggerCharts.com indicators for color-coding "Value Areas" (price and volume "nodes" of color yellow) and the "Open Air pockets" (blue).The main idea is that the price tends to settle in balance or 'balance' areas (the yellow and red bars) and then eject/pause far from value on fast, impulsive movement (which appears as the pockets of "outdoors" blue) to the following area of the value.We see what is happening on the rapid movement of $92.00 through the yellow line 'recent' value box nearly $ 94.50 and upwards the two existing yellow lines developed at the anterior part of 2013.The implication here is similar to what we expect a typical graph:A breakthrough over the current "target zone of prior value" here in the $97.50/$98.00 region suggests that oil could gather strength and trade impulsively high towards the area $103 prior value (through the blue "Open Air hole").In the contrary case, we see indicator (50 d band Bollinger top EMA) and the resistance of prior 'area of value' grouped at the $98.00 per barrel level which makes the current levels of our main focal points for the development of trading strategies in the short term.Seem to be taken from 'bearish' benefit with respect to the beach and any low movment inconvenience away from the target of $98 and otherwise "breakout outdoor optimistic" on proper motion and away $98.00 and over $100.00.Follow as well as members of the commentary daily and idealized trades summarized for updates in real-time and commercial additional planning parameters that we look at a 'hold and bounce' or 'break and retrace' scenario unfold in the near future.Corey Rosenbloom, CMTAfraid to Trade.comFollow Corey on Twitter: http://twitter.com/afraidtotradeNew book by Corey The Complete Trading Course (Wiley Finance) is now available with the new version taking advantage of the life cycle of a trend Stock (also at Wiley) presentation.

Relative strength Charting GOOG YHOO Google and Yahoo

If you had to guess what stock was stronger recently, would you choose Yahoo (YHOO) or Google (GOOG)?Remember Google (GOOG) broke to highs above $1,000 per share - it must be strong, no?There is a simple way to answer this question that takes the guesswork out of the equation.See objectively what stock is stronger and the comparison of similar actions by using relative strength charts.Yahoo and Google - at least initially - were very similar businesses in search engine that organizes data Web site and sold ads.While these similarities remain - and the commercials sold search engine traffic / custom ads - companies have indeed diverged in their products and services.That being said, when you want to compare their stocks, we can either "eye-ball" it or we can simply display a line of performance of "Relative Strength" such as the one at the bottom of the graph.The middle on the graph line is the 30 days rolling correlation, which is another way to show the relationship between two similar actions.To do this, simply divide one stock by the other.  In this case, the Relative strength line is created with Yahoo (YHOO) as the numerator and Google (GOOG) as denominator in a current division (end each day is divided and appears as a moving ratio line).When the line of force Relative increases, it means that the numerator (Yahoo in this example) is more strong "parent" for the denominator, Google.ã line force Relative decline indicates the opposite (force in Google versus Yahoo).Since the beginning of 2012, the relationship between these two stocks is relatively constant, as evidenced by a flat line.Google has exceeded end 2012 but we see a breakthrough of trendline, and since October 2012, Yahoo (YHOO) was the winner in the battle of the Relative Force.Although the two stocks rose sharply - and fell in late 2013 - together, it was the shares of Yahoo, which has always surpassed the shares of Google (illustrated by a growing trend in the Relative strength line).The interesting thing to note lately is the force in Google when he broke significantly above the $ 1,000 per share level - it appears as a sharp spike lower in the line RS (red arrow).Despite this breakthrough, shares of Yahoo continued to show strength as the RS line has increased since the low end October 2013.This is the fastest method to compare two similar actions, especially if you make a choice between which add to a portfolio or to use as a swing/position trading candidate.Trade the stronger name if all other factors are equal or similar.Follow as well as members of the commentary daily and idealized trades summarized for updates in real-time and commercial additional planning parameters that we look at a 'hold and bounce' or 'break and retrace' scenario unfold in the near future.Corey Rosenbloom, CMTAfraid to Trade.comFollow Corey on Twitter: http://twitter.com/afraidtotradeNew book by Corey The Complete Trading Course (Wiley Finance) is now available with the new version taking advantage of the life cycle of a trend Stock (also at Wiley) presentation.

Tata Motors : ce qui sera la marque ?

Plus grand constructeur d'automobiles de l'Inde est aux prises avec son entreprise de voitures de passagers. La société est propriétaire des marques (érase una vez) la plus vendue comme indiqué, Indigo, Safari et le Nano « emblematico » a une dur vendre leurs voitures dans un marché qui est diesel loco. N'est-ce pas ironique que Tata Motors n'est pas au dessus d'un marché où les modèles diesel sont vendent comme des petits pains. Lisait un morceau très critique de l'analyse sur l'Inde de Forbes (lire ici) qui se lance sur de nombreuses questions pertinentes. Mon avis est qu'il y a un problème plus large du marketing en jeu ici. Tata Motors a un problème majeur de marketing et de la société ne fait pas quelque chose comme ça. C'est triste.Tata Motors a pratiquement changé le marché des voitures de passagers Indiens en 1998 avec le lancement de la Tata Indica. Bien qu'il fait face à nombreuses questions de la dentition, la marque est devenue un pionnier créant le segment du diesel voiture abordable et durable. Mais avec succès est venu les bagages de la perception. Bien qu'il soit très réussie indique perçu une voiture pleine de problèmes persistants. Manque de raffinement et de la qualité de la construction non-ainsi-parfait est devenu le sceau des voitures Tata. Consommateurs acceptent des problèmes persistants, parce que l'offre de valeur était tellement bon.Mais le marché a commencé à changer avec les concurrents avec des moteurs diesel de meilleure qualité et une qualité supérieure construit. Tata motors, à mon avis, a été pris au piège dans le passé. Même si la société est sorti avec le raffinement du produit, il a omis de faire le saut quantique dans l'évolution du problème de la perception.Maintenant est venu un moment où les voitures Tata ne sont pas dans la liste de choix des clients. C'est un problème grave qui doit être adressée rapidement d'autres sages, que la société entrera dans une Ligue des ambassadeurs et le premier ministre Padminis. Tata Motors a besoin un nouveau visage. La compagnie a désespérément essayé d'améliorer la plateforme indique qu'il a un problème de perception énorme. Si la société veut revenir aux besoins de jeu, une nouvelle marque qui est différente de celle indica et vu comme une marque n'a pas été efficace car il est sortie comme une sous-marque d'indique. Un nouveau produit avec une nouvelle marque donc l'option (visage) disponible pour Tata Motors faire un retour. Au niveau du produit, ni plus ni moins qu'une sorte de révolution de qualité est nécessaire aux consommateurs, aux marchands de Tata. Aria était un bond en avant dans le bâti de qualité mais avec des prix au-delà de bon sens.Produit lié à l'unité doit être suivie d'une campagne de marque forte pour Tata Motors à changer la perception de la qualité. Cela devrait être soutenu par un fort changement dans l'attitude envers la clientèle concessionnaires Tata Motors. Les trafiquants sont encore vivants au moment où il y a une ligne droite de clients d'indica. Cette attitude doit changer et il faut des mesures énergiques et sensible au point de contact des moments de vérité dans cette crise.Tata Motors ont besoin d'un portefeuille de produits fort soutenue par une stratégie visant à changer la perception des marchés à leurs produits. Cela doit être réglé au plus haut niveau et Tata Motors a la merveilleuse ressource JLR le faire dans un temps très court.

Industrias TITAN avait introduit des montres à quartz Titan sur le marché indien en 1986 et transforme pratiquement la montre de marché indien dominée par les goûts de la HMT et Allwyn.  Marque intelligente et quelques annonces cool, montres Titan est devenu leader sur le marché rapidement et qu'il avait créé une prime image forte sur le marché. Industrias TITAN puis construire plusieurs marques destinées à différents segments sur le marché indien de l'usure du temps Rs 4000 millions de roupies (source : Business Standard) industries marque portefeuille Titan se compose de Fastrack : visant à youngstersThe marque Titan adopte une marque de void stratégie où plusieurs sous-marques pointent vers divers segments du marché. Les marques remarquables sont la série Titan Raga, Titan Zoop, bord du Titan, Orion, purple, Obaku, Tycoon, Bandhan, octane, automatique et HTSE. Selon la presse, le changement de nom devait signifier le mouvement d'une marque entreprise société de surveillance à une société de mode de vie. Les dirigeants de la société pense que le terme « industrie » n'est plus pertinente dans de nouvelles directions de l'entreprise.La marque institutionnelle actuelle de société de Titan Titan industries a également donné un nouveau logo pour la marque de l'entreprise. Nouveaux éléments de marque ont été conçus par la célèbre Agence de Ray + actuel Keshavan.The marque a également une branche intéressante. Maintenant, il y a deux marques - corporatifs branding compagnie Titan avec son propre logo et marque montres - Titan avec un autre logo. ActualitésRapports suggèrent que la marque horlogère conservera le logo existant et la devise - être plus. Quelle marque de montres de marque Titan plus reconnu et me suis souvenu, je ne sais pas comment le changement de la dénomination sociale de la marque aidera à bâtir une image de mode de vie.  Titan Industries a commencé avec une compagnie de marque-single single. La stratégie de portefeuille initial était de construire une maison où tous les produits (horloges) avaient le même nom (Titan) était en effet la marque institutionnelle. L'architecture de marque devrait être sous-marques visant à différents segments. Cette stratégie a été modifiée avec l'introduction de marques telles que Sonata, Antonio etc... Fastrack qui sortit sous une sous-marque plus tard est devenu une marque unique.Par conséquent, au cours de la période de temps, portefeuille de marques industries Titan est devenu un mélange de stratégie de marque maison et avec la marque de la maison. Il y avait beaucoup de marques individuelles dans le portefeuille, selon la même quantité de temps de classe la moitié des montres ont été approuvés par la marque de l'entreprise - Titan. Marque Titan servait également à approuver des catégories comme les verres correcteurs.La société prévoit également d'inclure les catégories telles que les parfums dans un proche avenir.Avec le lancement d'un logo et la société nom de Titan, sans doute que la société souhaite maintenant développer une marque d'entreprise différente montres marque.  Le problème ici est que les deux marques sont les mêmes.

Brand Update : Axe disappoints with Ranbir doing a Ben Affleck

a Axe deo is facing the fiercest competition  in its life in India with local and MNC deo brands breathing down its neck. According to certain reports that came in ET Now's Brand Equity show, the brand had lost its leadership position in the Indian market to the new entrant Fogg.One of the reason for the trouble is that Axe's positioning has been under threat. almost all deo brands has been aping the positioning theme of Axe thereby diluting the brand's uniqueness in the Indian market. Axe was not able to do much about it and continued with its strategy of frequent launches of new variants and importing ads from its global markets.For a change, Axe decided to go local in its promotional strategy and roped in the current Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor to endorse the brand. The news came as a surprise since Axe never ( in my knowledge) ran a campaign using a celebrity in India.Axe launched its new variant Axe Blast with the new celebrity endorsement . The ad is currently on air.What was shocking is that the ad is the exact copy of an older ad ( more than 7 years) of Axe Clicker which is a variant available in markets outside India. The Axe Clicker brand featured Ben Affleck .Now if the brand Axe can afford to bring Ranbir to the fold, why did the brand chose to just copy an old theme and present it in the Indian market ? Its so cheap a strategy to adopt in an era where information is available to everyone. And its a totally a wrong move when the competition is eating away the share. Ranbir will get eyeballs and may in the short-run help the brand to reinforce the existing awareness.The  current approach is sending warning signals regarding the laziness of the marketing department in attempting to find an easy way out rather than brainstorming on developing a differentiation strategy to take on the competition.

Brand Update : Cadbury Bournville says its "Not So Sweet " but why ?

aCadbury Bournville launched in 2009 created a new market for premium dark chocolate in Indian market. The brand smartly positioned itself as THE premium chocolate with a tagline of " You don't buy a Bournville , you earn it ". The launch and follow up campaign effectively conveyed the positioning.But the 2013 campaign comes as a shocker. The brand has ditched the " You have to earn it " positioning and took on something very peculiar - the new tagline is " Not so Sweet".The new tvc is equally intriguing.The question is why a brand like Bournville ditch such a powerful positioning statement and replace that with a dud !Not so sweet !! now everyone knows dark chocolate is not that sweet so in this ad, what exactly the brand is conveying - only the agency and the brand manager knows. I presume that this ad is directly imported from some other market and put in the Indian media without much thought. The ad is totally disconnected with the Indian market and fails to evoke anything in the consumer's mind. At end of it the question remains " What the heck ? Saving cost by killing the brand ?

Mise à jour de la marque : rebrands de Cadbury Eclairs de Choclairs

Dans une démarche intéressante, Cadbury a renommé sa marque Choclairs religieux. La marque est en cours d'exécution un TVC pour communiquer ce changement de nom. Cadbury a deux marques dans le segment des perles de Bugle - Cadbury Dairy Milk Cadbury Eclairs et Eclairs riches. Selon Business Standard, echlair marché en Inde est une valeur d'environ Rs 1000 millions de roupies (2011statistics) et témoigne d'une concurrence intense à partager entre les joueurs comme Nestlé, Parle, Cadbury et Perfetti. On estime que Cadbury est leader sur le marché avec votre MDP Eclairs. do ce qui peut être la logique possible derrière la marque une marque bien connue ?Il peut être une raison pour traiter la question du caractère générique du terme Eclairs. Si je comprends bien, eclairs représente le type spécial de bonbons et est utilisé par tous les acteurs du marché. Quand un consommateur demande un eclairs, est un détaillant qui décident quelle marque est vous. Ce qui modifie le nom de MDP Choclairs Eclairs, Cadbury prévu ce problème à se calmer et avec le TVC nouvelle marque essaie d'apprendre au consommateur à dire le nouveau nom de Choclairs. Méfiez-vous de la TVC ici : Candbury Choclairs deuxième raison peut être d'enlever le soutien de lait dans cette catégorie. Dans mes messages précédents dans cette marque, il convient de rappeler que Cadbury avant avait rebaptisé leur éclair à Cadbury Dairy Milk Eclairs.En effet, le religieux était le prolongement de la ligne de produits de marque de lait. Maintenant, les propriétaires de marque est recommandé de restreindre l'utilisation de la catégorie bar laitier de chocolat au lait. Donc, puisque l'avenant est enlevée, les perles de Bugle auraient besoin d'une identité et Choclairs est devenu une marque indépendante. Troisième raison pourrait être que Choclairs est la marque qui est la propriété de Cadbury et est une marque leader dans le Royaume-Uni et la Chine. CHOCLAIRS a été créé en 1996. Ce mouvement peut être considéré comme un alignement global des marques en plaçant des Choclairs Cadbury.The dans l'Inde est drôle. Message principal de la nouvelle marque ne colle pas aux dents. La marque a pour devise « jo Dimag mein nahi daaton mein, chipke » qui se traduit « s'en tiendra à l'esprit et non dans les dents ». Je me demande pourquoi la marque a pris cet attribut à un exercice de renouvellement de l'image. Il est vrai que les éclairs ont tendance à suivre pour les dents et les gencives et peuvent être que la marque se sente qu'il peut causer beaucoup de consommateurs de la catégorie. Mais comme un slogan, je crois que la marque mérite une meilleure affaire.

NEXCARE : Différencier par la créativité

Marque : NexcareEntreprise: 3MAnalyse de la marque : marché de soin de blessure indien # 533 est dominé par le plâtre de la marque de Johnson & Johnson. Cette catégorie est créée et détenue par le pansement et plâtre jouit d'un statut de générique dans cette catégorie. Des marques telles que Dettol avant essayé d'entrer dans cette catégorie sans grand succès. Dans ce marché est que 3M a lancé sa marque Nexcare. NEXCARE subtilement a été lancé sur le marché indien sans les nombreuses promotions au-dessus de la ligne. Ce qui doit être mesuré est traction Nexcare a interms de la portée de la distribution. NEXCARE est maintenant très bien promu dans la majorité des points de vente médicales. Ce qui rend exceptionnel Nexcare de leader sur le marché ? L'USP de Nexcare principal est autorisé par facteur de marque et de la forme. NEXCARE a un facteur de forme unique en forme de losange. Selon micro-site de la marque, le formulaire fournit une protection de 360 degrés et le rend plus résistant à l'eau.L'ensemble du paquet de la marque met l'accent sur la forme du diamant pour exprimer le facteur de forme unique.Un autre facteur de différenciation est à travers le lancement de marques, bandages pour enfants sous licence comme Barbie, Hot Wheels etc. qui 3M se positionne à ces bandes comme des bandes de tatouage qui en appellent instantanément aux enfants. Enfait ma fille me dérangeait dans l'achat d'un tatouage de Barbie.  Être imperméable à l'eau et ont une façon unique ne sont pas des attributs de marque très durable. Toute concurrence peut copier ces attributs. Cependant, Nexcare réglé efficacement sur le marché à l'aide de cette USP.Un autre succès de 3M est que la marque n'a pas limité pour les soins de plaies, mais il a élargi sa portée pour soins de la peau. En vertu de la gamme de soins de la peau, la marque a lancé les coussinets des soins de la peau dans son portefeuille.

Brand Wars : Sensitive Toothpastes

a Indian toothpaste market is worth Rs 6000 crores ( Source Business Line) and growing at 20%. Colgate has been the undisputed market leader in this market.. Competitors has been trying to make a dent in the share through almost every strategy listed in marketing textbooks.It was an unlikely player- Glaxo Smithkline Beecham (GSK ) which really broke into the stronghold of Colgate. GSK in 2010 brought its global dental care brand Sensodyne into the Indian market. The sensitive toothpaste segment was very small and almost unknown to the larger Indian market. Colgate had presence in that niche with its variant Colgate Sensitive. Sensodyne surprised the market by capturing 10% of the segment within 4 months on launch. The heavy awareness campaign made customers take notice of the brand.The campaign featured " Chill Test " where the customers who had sensitive teeth were asked to tryout chilled products after using Sensodyne. The ads were very convincing and prompted many customers to try Sensodyne.Besides the Above-The -Line ( ATL) promotion, GSK also contacted around 15000 dentists to promote Sensodyne ( Source- TOI). In one year, Sensodyne became a 100 crore brand and the Sensitive toothpaste market was growing at more than 45 % p.a.Colgate being an agile marketer was not keeping quiet . The brand launched another variant Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief inorder to arrest the growth of the competitor.Both the brands benefited by the growth of the category which has grown to about Rs 500 crore. Sensodyne inched very close to the market-leader and at one point became the leading brand in the sensitive toothpaste category. According to reports, Sensodyne and Colgate Sensitive are now having almost same market share in the category. Pepsodent from HUL also got into the fray with its variant Pepsodent Expert.While every brand focused on providing relief from sensitive teeth, Pepsodent differentiated by offering  ' relief and repair'  to the consumer. This move by Pepsodent forced the players to rethink their offerings. In the latest campaign, Sensodyne has added the 'repair' proposition to the brand's positioning thereby achieving points-of-parity with Pepsodent Expert brand. Sensodyne success can be seen as the success of a specialist brand's fight with a product-line extension. Consumer's view Sensodyne as an expert in the field and hence the claims are more effective compared to the product-line extensions. However, Colgate and Pepsodent were quick enough to retaliate to the entry of Sensodyne albeit with little success.The fight in the toothpaste segment became more interesting with the launch of Paradontax by GSK. Another specialist brand against bleeding gums. The war has just began.
